1. What a request means

You can ask Wan Construction to review and delete personal information from enquiries you have made to us.

2. Who may ask

The person the information relates to, or someone authorised to act for them.

3. What we need

Your name and the email or contact details used in the original enquiry, plus a short description of the enquiry.

4. Verification and handling

We may contact you to verify identity or authority, locate related records, delete or anonymise those eligible, and tell you the outcome.

5. Retention

Some information may be kept where law, security, disputes or recordkeeping require it, and backups may take time to clear. No fixed processing time is promised yet: owner to confirm.
